Operation and values
Vilperi provides safe, fun and encouraging learning environment for children. Together in small groups we practice manual skills, move in different ways, bake, hike and learn important life skills. By spending time in small groups we ensure unhurried and tranquil moments with present interaction of adults.

CHILD-CENTRED APPROACH
Children’s well-being is our highest priority. Regular children's meetings give every child the opportunity to express their thoughts, be heard, and take part in decisions that affect their everyday life. We are genuinely present and provide a flexible environment where children have plenty of space for play, creativity, exploration, and discovery.
SAFETY
We maintain close communication with parents and ensure that agreed practices are consistently followed. We are genuinely present for every child, and there is always a comforting lap or hug available when needed.
COMMUNALITY
We value openness and a strong sense of togetherness. We recognize and respect the diverse needs of every child and family.
FOOD FROM OUR OWN KITCHEN
At Vilperi Daycare, all meals are prepared by our own chef. Every meal is made from scratch in our own kitchen using fresh ingredients.
